Old-school

Teatr Baj
Poland
Focus on Poland
Age: 10+| Duration: 60 mins| Non-verbal

Have you ever imagined what you will be like in your old age? Are you afraid to grow old? Old-school is a school of senility. The actors made the puppets in their own image to tame their future. Each of them tells his story by learning how to understand himself as an elderly person. In such a comparsion, we will not avoid moments that are difficult but also funny. The performance was created out of love for our grandparents and for them. They rarely see each other, which is why they often have to confront their own loneliness. Maybe its fun to grow old ? And we do not have to experience it alone? The show consists of three miniatures depicting the stories of three people. The main way of expression are large, naturalistic puppets created by actors inspired by the works of Natacha Belova.
