In times of joy and sorrow, the people of this island have lived their lives laughing and looking forward with songs and dances. The word “ Kachaasii” originally meant “to stir”. Nowadays it is synonymous with improvisational dance, where people sing and dance freely, following their emotions. Sometimes delicate, sometimes brilliant, sometimes daring, these are the songs and dances that have captivated the people of this island. We hope you enjoy it!
