ricca ricca*festa accepts applications for self-participation works in addition to invited works. Since it is not an invitation work, all expenses will need to be covered by your organsiation.
If you would like to be selected for the ricca ricca*festa 2025, please send us the following information using the
online application form by the end of August 2024.
- Organization name, company name
- Contact information
- Position title
- Target age
- Full-length video (preferably web links such as Youtube or Vimeo etc.)
- Venue fee (varies by venue)
- PR (festival pamphlets, website postings), advertising and shipping costs, etc.
- Staff fees (stage/reception) *only when necessary
- Accommodation and transportation expenses
- 15% of ticket sales (sales commission)
- * The festival will issue a pass that allows you to see all the works of the festival.
- * Please understand the admission of those involved with the festival pass.
- * Please note that there is a selection of works for the Children’s and Youth Theatre Festival.
