Would you like to join the ATYA (Theatre festival network for family audiences) meeting?
Due to the pandemic, we have not been able to communicate with each other easily. The international cultural exchange is one of things that suffer this new normal life/work style. However, our festival has kept being in contact with the artists and theatre people across the world through online platforms. And we probably will be carrying on for some time this blended way communication – online as well as in person cultural exchange. It is a challenging time for the theatre for young audiences and its art festivals. ATYA is the biggest network of theatre festivals for young audiences and families in Asia, rich and so diverse in its art forms that are not comparable to any other regions in the world. Thanks to this Asian art gatherings, we try to understand each other. Our backgrounds or life circumstances are really different, but this gesture of trying to know each other is an important key to create the road toward a good future for all of us. In January, Seoul Assitej Winter Festival will be held in Korea, and ricca ricca*festa in Okinawa, Japan. We look forward to hearing about new ideas and proposals from you to create together with you a future of hopes.
