ricca ricca*festa welcomes a number of audiences, artists and guests from Okinawa, Japan, Asia and around the world every year, and it cannot exist without the support of volunteers and interns.

Most Front of House (FOH) staff are volunteers and interns, whereby ricca ricca*festa organises a programme called ‘My Theatre’, during which the FOH members are divided into teams to take charge of each festival venue and work together to make it a comfortable and safe space for audiences and artists to enjoy the festival.

We have received student interns and volunteers from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore, and would love to work with more international volunteers.

Whether you are interested in the performing arts, festivals, arts management, international exchange or activities for children and community, a volunteering/internship position at ricca ricca*festa would be a great opportunity.
