About measures against coronavirus infections

Along with the stage performance, we will implement the following measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

(1) Requests to customers

〇 We please ask for the following customers to refrain from viewing:

・ Customers who are not in good physical condition

・ Customers with symptoms such as fever and cough of 37.5 degrees or higher

・ Customers who may cause inconvenience to other customers due to sneezing or runny nose

・ Customers who are infected with or may be infected with the new coronavirus infection, such as family members living together, at work, or at school.

〇 Requests when visiting

・ A fever test will be conducted when you visit the venue. Please note that if you suspect that you have a fever, we will measure your body temperature again, and if it is above 37.5 degrees celsius, you will not be admitted.

・ Due to fever inspection and disinfection of fingers, it may take longer than usual to enter. We kindly ask you to arrive in plenty of time.

・ Thank you for your cooperation in diligent hand washing.

・ As a general rule, please wear a mask in the facility.

・ Because the ventilation is strengthened, the air conditioning effect may be temporarily impaired. Please prepare yourself for the temperature.

・ Please bring your own water necessary for hydration and medication. (When you bring it, please use a container with a lid to prevent the contents from spilling.)

・ Please consider social distance when lining up in the bathroom or taking a break in the lobby. Please refrain from face-to-face conversation and eating and drinking.

・ Please refrain from talking in the hall from the viewpoint of preventing droplet infection.

・ When using the toilet, please close the lid and let the water flow.

・ If there is a customer who seems to be in poor physical condition during the play, the staff will speak to you.

・ We decline to accept gifts, letters, and festive flowers.

(2) Efforts to prevent infection on the day of the performance

〇 Implementation of temperature measurement and disinfection of fingers

All visitors will be inspected at the entrance of the facility. In addition, alcohol disinfection of hands and fingers will be performed at the time of admission.

〇 Thorough disinfection and cleaning

Cleaning with antiseptic solution is strengthened for areas that are frequently used.
