Over the last decade, the practices of inclusive arts in Japan have been widely explored and gradually these activities have become more visible. Human resources however, involved in the inclusive arts are limited in number, and the philosophy, measures and strategies for developing human resources and sustaining activities, it could be argued for the discussion, are not being considered properly.
This symposium focuses on the theme of developing human resources within inclusive arts practices, also from international perspectives, and explores new concepts and roles of artistic leadership for transforming society.
